At Unjabbed, we have a straightforward verification process to confirm the identity of our members and promote a secure and authentic community.

When you access the main screen of the app, you will notice a red circle with a cross located between the settings and edit profile buttons. This symbol indicates that your profile is yet to be verified.

To initiate the verification process, tap on this symbol. You’ll be directed to the verification page, where a unique code will be generated specifically for you. Write this code down on a piece of paper and take a selfie. It’s important that the selfie clearly shows your face and the piece of paper with the code.

Once you’ve uploaded this image, our dedicated team will manually review it. If everything checks out, your profile will be verified!

Unjabbed primarily serves as a platform for individuals who have not been vaccinated. That said, if you received the COVID-19 vaccine due to governmental mandates but still uphold the principle of freedom of choice, you are more than welcome to join our community. However, we ask that you respectfully disclose this information on your profile to maintain transparency with our other members.

You can delete your Unjabbed account at any time. Go to your profile settings and select the option to delete your account. Please note, this action is irreversible.

Yes, Unjabbed offers a premium subscription that unlocks the chat feature, allowing you to initiate conversations with your matches. It’s important to note that joining Unjabbed, browsing profiles, liking profiles, and matching with members is completely free. For every new user, we offer a 2-month free trial which allows you to chat with as many members as you like.

After your 2-month free trial ends, you are automatically upgraded to a three-month subscription at a rate of $6.99 USD per month. You can cancel this subscription both before and after it takes effect. If the cancellation is made after the subscription takes effect, please note that you have 48 hours to cancel your subscription on the Google Play Store.

If you encounter offensive behavior, please report it immediately using the report function on the user’s profile. We take such reports very seriously and will take appropriate action.
