UNJABBED – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the Unjabbed mobile or web application (“App”), you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. Continued use signifies acceptance of any future amendments.

1. OUR ROLE
Unjabbed is a platform that facilitates connections between users. We do not verify, vet, moderate, or guarantee any user interaction. We do not provide dating or adult services ourselves. Any interactions or consequences that occur between users are strictly at their own risk.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT SECURITY

  • Users must be 18 years or older. By registering, you confirm this.

  • Each person may only create one account.

  • Login credentials must be kept secure.

  • Use of rooted/jailbroken devices is prohibited.

3. LICENCE & USAGE RESTRICTIONS
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App on a device you own. You must not:

  • Modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

  • Rent, lease, sublicense, or resell the App.

  • Use the App in breach of any law or regulation.

4. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or explicit content.

  • Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity.

  • Violate any third-party rights.

  • Upload malicious software.

  • Solicit personal data or passwords from other users.

5. USER CONTENT

  • You retain ownership of content you upload.

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for App functionality.

  • Deleted content may remain in backups temporarily.

  • Feedback or suggestions may be used by us without obligation.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance per selected billing cycle.

  • Auto-renewal applies unless canceled.

  • You must provide accurate billing information.

  • Failed payments may result in suspension.

  • Subscription fee changes will be notified in advance.

  • Refunds are considered case-by-case at our discretion.

7. DISCLAIMERS

  • The App is provided “as is” without warranties.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or performance.

  • We are not responsible for third-party content, actions, or outages.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Total liability is limited to AUD 100.

  • Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unjabbed, its directors, staff, and affiliates from any claim arising out of your use of the App or breach of these Terms.

10. JURISDICTIONAL USE
The App is only offered in jurisdictions where its use is legal. Users must comply with their local laws.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
All disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration in Melbourne, Victoria under ACICA rules.

12. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
You agree that any claims will be brought only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

13. EXPORT COMPLIANCE
You may not use or access the App if you are located in a country subject to sanctions or embargoes under Australian, U.S., or international law.

14. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, government restrictions, cyber-attacks, or network failures.

15. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all licenses end immediately.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, software, and branding are the property of Global 22 Pty Ltd. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

17. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
Contact us at accounts@unjabbed.app to report copyright infringements. Claims must be submitted in good faith.

18. AMENDMENTS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use signifies acceptance.
