Affiliate Program Rules

1. Who Can Apply

• Affiliate-only applicants can apply without creating a dating profile.
• Existing Unjabbed dating members can apply from their account if their saved country is approved for the program. Member applicants must provide the same core affiliate application details as affiliate-only applicants.
• The program is only open in approved countries. Applications from non-approved countries may be blocked or rejected.
• Applicants must provide truthful identity, contact, country, tax-country, promotional, and PayPal payout email details.

2. Commission Rules

• Commission is currently intended to apply only to eligible paid subscription payments from referred users.
• The current commission structure is 50% on the first eligible paid subscription payment, 30% on the second, and 10% on the third from the same referred member.
• No commission is owed for free accounts, admin-granted access, self-referrals, suspicious activity, refunds, reversals, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, or payments Unjabbed cannot safely verify.
• Commission rates, eligibility rules, waiting periods, and minimum payout amounts may change as the program is reviewed and improved.

3. Disclosure Requirement

Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission when sharing an Unjabbed affiliate link. A simple acceptable disclosure is:

“I may earn a commission if you sign up or subscribe through my Unjabbed link.”

4. Unsafe Promotion Is Not Allowed

• No spam, fake accounts, paid click schemes, misleading traffic, bot traffic, or self-referrals.
• No false claims about health, safety, medical outcomes, dating success, relationships, subscriptions, pricing, or Unjabbed approval.
• No impersonating Unjabbed, pretending to be staff, or presenting unofficial claims as official Unjabbed statements.
• No illegal, hateful, abusive, adult-exploitative, or reputation-damaging promotional activity.
• No use of Unjabbed branding in a way that suggests endorsement beyond an approved affiliate relationship.

5. Tracking, Privacy, And Payout Details

• Unjabbed may collect and use affiliate application details, link clicks, referral activity, payout email details, fraud checks, payout history, and related audit records to run the affiliate program.
• Payout setup is PayPal-first. Unjabbed should not collect affiliate bank details directly inside the website or app.
• PayPal may collect its own identity, tax, banking, or payment-account details under PayPal’s own terms and privacy rules.
• Read the Privacy Policy for privacy details.

6. Review Rights, Holds, And Removal

• Unjabbed may review, approve, reject, pause, block, or remove affiliate accounts.
• Payouts may be held or blocked for minimum payout rules, waiting periods, incomplete PayPal setup, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud checks, self-referrals, policy breaches, or unsafe promotion.
• Real payouts remain subject to PayPal access, safety checks, program rules, and admin review.
